Individual Therapy
I help clients understand where they feel “stuck” and make changes to help them feel more balanced. Through our work, ideally, people will get into the habit of turning towards rather than away from what their body is signaling.
I am trauma-informed and use an anti-oppressive approach that honors the agency that individuals have.
I am trained in psychoanalytic, relationally-oriented therapy, and I also incorporate IFS, somatic tools, ACT, and art therapy techniques.
I am a native Spanish speaker, so I’m also available for sessions in Spanish.
